I always enjoy eating from there. The staff is sweet and their food is good!Don't be intimidated by the long lines ,they're very quick with them.I love ordering their tofu soup with two chicken dumplings. It's the perfect little meal during a cold day. It's also quite an affordable meal. I've also had their pad Thai and pad sew and they were really good! It's one of the best restaurants in the food court.
The workers there are all super kind and friendly! The food was also really good and freshly made. I definitely recommend this place!
Thai Express Pointe-Claire is not the best one I’ve been to. I ordered their limited edition pad Thai rancha one with shrimp and one chicken. The food itself was alright and tasted decent and had Less vegetables on it and less meats but No major issues when I ate it. The cons: No napkins upfront. After I ordered the person behind me got a better customer service then I did. After he ordered, The employee asked him for a water in a cup and just look happier and better when he saw him and he got his food nicely opened and served to him directly from one of the employees even when it was for takeout. There was no bag when it’s for takeout. Most Other Thai Express do offer bags for takeout and the employees put it in the bag. Today the cooked handed it to me without it. One of the head cooks had an air-pod which is not allowed and disrespectful in his ear which felt like he did not want to be there and looks like he was tired and looks like he was not working hard. He also felt slow and sluggish. He also said “Hello, Hello” in an aggressive form and way after the food was ready. Not cool bro! The food was plentiful and no major issues with it whatsoever. Just poor customer service for me. I’ve been to most Thai expresses that were polite and kind. To summarize. I would not recommend this Thai Express because to me, customer service a good work ethic and positivity is way more important than the food. Visited May, 2022 at around 3:50PM.
Quite a fast service, always tasty food and never had a bad experience there. Would definitely recommend this location.
Due to gluten intolerance I am unable to eat at a lot of restaurants. The workers here were very kind and understanding, ensuring my food was gluten free and asking me if the egg was okay for me to eat. Not only this but the food was very fresh and the chicken very tender. I would recommend this Thai Express to anyone. :
This place was phenomenal. At first, I was hesitant to try the food there, but it turned out delicious. The location was great, parking was easy to find and the atmosphere was all around excellent. The food came fast and it the price was good. The food was a little bit greasy, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice meal.
This is the worst Thai Food Experience that I have ever had! First, I couldn't even access their website to order delivery to my nearby hotel, then when I finally figure out the right phone number to call, they tell me that it would take no more than 45 minutes. Well, over an hour later they tell me that the driver had a flat tire and they were sending out another driver. 30 minutes later, my food still hadn't showed up and the customer service center texted me that they were cancelling my order!! A few minutes later, someone finally showed up at my hotel room, so at least I was relieved that it wasn't cancelled, but after eating cold rubbery tasting food that had been sitting out for 90 minutes or more, I wished that it was cancelled! I will never order from this place again!
Love going here! The prices are alright for the portions you get, the food is quite good for fast food, and the staff are super friendly. This is by far my favourite Thai Express location on the island of Montreal.
Dirty floors and tables. My dish was supposed to be Thai curry but lacked fresh herbs and had no taste whatsoever: it was just coconut milk and bits of chicken with carrots. I will not return.
Absolutely not the general tau I had it at other Thai’s restos. Very low quality and taste awkward.
