The design of this place is just horrible. The exit is only one stair to get to the lobby. And everyone needs to take it to get out ! The bars are everywhere, so the drunks are thrilled about that part, and the theatre makes a killing on those ! Everything in this place was designed and conceived to make the most seats to maximize profits, regardless of creature comfort… Then why three stars you say ? Well, they are keeping prices affordable for the majority of shows, and because it is the most decent show place close to nice restaurants we got on south-shore. The staff is always nice and helpful !
Good seats all around. Had last row at the balcony, sound was excellent.
Amazing acoustic! I've been to a few places, but they always lack on proper distances to avoid overlapping sound. The service during the event is great, a lot of parking lots.nDefinitely going to check for other events there.
I went for the Christmas concert there. I'm impressed for the place that located in DIX30 that more convenient after the event is finished. It contains like nearly a thousand people.
