Decent restaurant with good service in the Midway Airport area. Ordered some wings and appetizers to go as I'm staying at a nearby hotel. Staff were super friendly food came out very fast. Food was just ok even by bar food standards.
When we first walked in, the line was around the corner, but it was deceiving because it was not worth it. The bread tasted old and the noodles were dry and over cooked. When we got something else it took so long we didn't eat it anyway. We got the chicken sandwich and that looked so bad, we lost I the urge to eat. The service was slow and I will never eat here again.
Had a decent experience. The food was great and so were the drinks. Only problem is that it was sometimes impossible to locate our waiter, but is understandable since they have other tables and were somewhat busy.
My 1st time in Chicago and my 1st time at Fridays! This was merely right in the parking lot of the hotel! The food was AMAZING! ALL OF IT!
Great way to spend the evening while awaiting a flight the next day! Super friendly staff, and most of the other patrons are there for a flight as well so fun conversations to be had. The cobb with blackened salmon was most excellent!Food: 5/5
My experience was ok. Today was the first time I have been back to this Fridays in over a year and I was happy to see that some of the same employees were still there so that was a plus. I ordered some Mozzarella Sticks and they were ok. I ordered some Chicken tenders with a side of Shrimp. Some of the chicken tenders were chewy and some were not I couldn't bite it. My Husband ordered some Boneless Wings and they were the same as the Chicken Tenders. My waitress was very nice and consistent. Overall my experience was just okay and I wish that the chicken tenders were better. That is why I gave it three stars.
Service was great . Our server recommended the margarita with patron I believe it had the red star on it on the menu . It was bomb! Not really a fan of chain restaurant but the host and everyone were so friendly , it’s the little things like that in a restaurant that matters a lot . Customer service is everything!
Was a little slow due to lack of workers. However, they did deliver in a timely manner when they were able to serve us.
I love the bar set up. Food was soooo good & more than enough to share. The Bartenders were super cool & nice. I'm not in this area often but, I'm gonna make the trip again soon, well worth it....your staff is TOP NOTCH in customer service. GREAT JOB.. Please share this with the staff, they are greatly appreciated!! This is what Chicago is all about.
Probably one of the worst foods I had for a common restaurant. Arriving to the location, everything seemed to go well and we were not greeted, but the person told someone else to seat us. The other person was originally on their phone, grabbed the menus and walked us towards a table. We waited for a while for the server to arrive. I wanted to ask about the different sauces they had. The servers attitude did not come to be too friendly, more as if she was being pushy and wanted to go to the next table. When the samples of the sauces came, they were not what I expected. Very sweat with little to no heat. The one that was supposed to have heat, had more of a sugary taste, and the only time heat came to it, was the flakes that were added, not the actual sauce. We placed an order for our food. I went to the restroom and noticed the paper towel dispenser was not working. They had a roll of paper next to the sink, waiting for it to entirely get wet from people washing their hands. The sink had paper towels in it as well. The sink itself, water pressure, was higher than expected. You need to be careful turning on the sink or else, you may get splashed with water. By a lot of water pressure, it is the comparison of how quick the sink drains, vs how much water is flowing sink drains slowed, so sink will flood Appetizers come, and 4 different ranches arrive with out platter. I had the wings, and they were still cold from the inside. I saw the potato skin which looked like it has been left out for a while, heated over and over again. I had a taste of it and the potato skin was very dry, and you could barely taste anything on there. The cheese barely added any taste either. The potato skin itself also had the taste of it being undercooked, OR, as if it was a potato that was cooked about a week ago, and given to its customers. With our actual food: I had a steak, which came out to be the size of the palm of the hand, smaller than I thought. I ordered a medium cooked steak, and the first few bites we were almost overcooked. Going further into the steak, the inside was blue, almost raw. The broccoli, I was expecting a butter broccoli as the menu said. I only got plain, quickly steamed broccoli. My friend ordered a hamburger, which when it arrived, it was cold. The Hamburger was not hot at all. The cheese on top of the hamburger was slightly melted, not given enough time to heat up and served as is. The chiefs at this establishment do not know how to properly cook a steak, or handle their own dishes it seems. The best dish here, in comparison to everything, was probably the mashed potatoes. Although the mashed potatoes were chunky, dry, and not creamy, the seasoning was there. It is better to have dry and sticky mashed potatoes than undercooked potatoes, as mentioned from the potato skin. Maybe it was this day only? Maybe it was not. When 3 different factors contributes to the say, it does not seem like a restaurant I would recommend to anyone at all.
