I love it here, the bread they made with their butter is wow!! I usually get steak with chicken! This time i got smokehouse burger. It was very good, it comes with french fries. Their salad is vey good, they made their own ranch and croutons! Fabulous. Absolutely yummy, I love the bacon hamburger, the steak fries are delicious. The house salad is just a must , I am not a salad person and I just love this salad. My friend and I go here all the time. The rolls with the cinnamon butter are so good! I haven't had a single item on the menu that wasn't delicious. The boneless buffalo wings are my favorite appetizer - the perfect amount of crispy and spicy. The steak and burgers are phenomenal. Only had an issue with how it was cooked once and they were very understanding. They took it back and swiftly made a new one. The staff is very friendly, and your waiter will check in on you frequently without being obnoxious. While I rarely make it to dessert, the big ol' brownie with ice cream is heavenly. Honestly have no complaints. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the amazing service!
The service here was fantastic. We chose to do the call-ahead feature online to secure our seating. We showed up on time and had no wait to get to our seats. The staff was friendly and inviting, no complaints. The food was very satisfying. I have not been to a T.R.H. for a few years and was a bit skeptical walking in. I was surprised and pleased at the quality of the food and beverages. My significant other had cocktail and I had a beer, both were great! There is typically a wait to be seated so I would expect this while making plans. Highly recommended, we will be making future plans to return for sure.
First time last night tried a few times before but very busy now we know why. The steaks cooked to perfection ,flavor was excellent. I cannot even begin to say how wonderful the service was. Our waitress was the sweetest young women and very attentive . We were pleasantly surprised when we got the check . We definitely got more than what we paid . Definitely will be back
We had ordered sirloin steaks and apps on our last trip there. The steaks felt bland and lacking any flavor but they were cooked to the requested doneness. The apps were decent at best. The cup of chili almost had that canned quality to it but the shrimp appetizer was done well. I can see why they load you up on bread before anything of the food comes to your table. On the plus side, the servers were attentive despite it being a busy Friday night.
I recently visited Texas Roadhouse for a takeout order and overall, the food was good. However, I was disappointed to find that my order was missing the rolls and cinnamon butter that usually come with the meal. Without the rolls and butter, the meal just didn't feel complete. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this isn't the first time that my takeout order has been missing items. It's frustrating to have to go back and request that the missing items be added, especially when I'm trying to enjoy my meal at home. Despite this issue, the food itself was still tasty and the service at the restaurant was friendly and efficient. However, I would recommend double-checking your order before you leave to make sure that everything is included, as it can be a bit of a hassle to have to request missing items later.
In the last 30 days they have messed up 2 of our take out orders. Both times they didn’t give us the extras we paid for. They forgot the side to smother the steak and the side for the loaded baked potato.
