Soo amazingly open and friendly. They let my sons climb in the vehicles. Patiently answered questions. Super helpful. I don’t want an electric vehicle.nThat being said if you are looking for a Tesla you WILL find Tesla on West Island to be professional, helpful and kind!!
I recently visited Tesla West Island for a test drive and had an excellent experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Qiuyu Wang Simon, Customer Experience Specialist, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the Tesla brand. He made the entire test drive experience smooth, informative, and enjoyable without any pressure.nnSo far, my front-end experience with Tesla has been fantastic. I can’t yet comment on the ownership experience, post-sales support, or service side since I haven’t purchased the vehicle yet, but based on my visit alone, I would definitely recommend Tesla West Island.nnIf you visit, ask for Simon or Sara, both were great to deal with!
It was a great experience visiting the Tesla West Island location for the first time. I had a very helpful conversation with Luca Morselli Customer Experience Specialist about the different purchase options and the test‑drive process. I also had an amazing experience trying FSD, and I will definitely consider buying my Tesla from this center in the next few months.
I picked up my first EV from this location. The showroom was quite small compared to other vehicle brands, as they only displayed three models M3, MY, Cybertruck. The whole purchase process was very different from other brands, but it was smooth, and the employees were very friendly. Overall, it was a great deal, and the car is excellent.
Same issue after 9 months of changing new parking brakes. In my experience driving the brand new model x for 3 years taught me that these vehicles are not made for Canadian winter. I’m struck again and the next available appointment is in 4 days. Unbelievable. What do I do till then, find another vehicle to drive and tow this to Tesla? What a joke.nn9 months ago:nI drive a Model X, and unfortunately, my experience with Tesla West Island’s service has been frustrating. My vehicle got stuck 30 km from home with a “Parking brake did not release” error, making it immovable. I contacted Tesla on Saturday, but they couldn’t find a Tesla-associated tow service. They scheduled an appointment for the 25th and said the service centre would contact me to arrange a tow. I waited all day Sunday with no call. I took an Uber back to the vehicle, and luckily, the brake released, allowing me to drive. However, the error returned while driving.nnI called Tesla West Island and spoke to Marcellus, who told me that since the car was drivable, they couldn’t take it in until the scheduled appointment, seven days away. His advice? Wait until the car gets stuck again, then have it towed so they could service it sooner. I’m honestly speechless at this level of “service.” Disappointed and leaving a negative rating for such an unhelpful experience.nnWould I buy my next vehicle from here or recommend anyone to do business with this centre knowing the service level is at ZERO 0? Absolutely NOT !
