This is my first Tesla 3 and I am happy to have this smart car.nAfter three years of use and 80,000 kilometers the car is in excellent condition.nTesla's service is also excellent.
I picked up my first EV from this location. The showroom was quite small compared to other vehicle brands, as they only displayed three models M3, MY, Cybertruck. The whole purchase process was very different from other brands, but it was smooth, and the employees were very friendly. Overall, it was a great deal, and the car is excellent.
Today, I visited this branch to order two Model 3 vehicles. The staff member assisting us spent most of the time texting on his phone and barely paid attention to us. It took 2.5 hours to place our orders, while his colleague managed to process five orders in the same time. Additionally, he made a mistake on one of our orders by selecting the wrong color. To make matters worse, he didn’t send the confirmation text, leaving us unable to notify them about the error.
Newly built building! Lots of stock outside, extremely tiny show room inside. There was one sales rep in that room. She seemed hyper focused that she couldn’t even say Hello or notice us as we walked in.
I have been blown away by the service especially from Matthew who I was lucky to get as my sales rep. The help he gave me before and now way after my purchase is really appreciated. It was a big decision for me and I’m glad I chose my Model Y from this team.
