I have been ordering Pizza from Terrasse Pizza since their opening. I love them. Their food is always fresh and theyey're not cheap o the cheese : Personnel is friendly and polite Best pizza around the area !
I ordered at 4:40pm. At 6:00 pm, still haven't received it, so I called. They informed me it was out for delivery. At 7:00pm, still haven't received it. I showed up on site. They seemed confused and couldn't find my order. They made it for me since I showed proof of payment. Left the restaurant at 7:35 with my order, and no freebies...
Took almost an hour and a half to get 2 large pizzas delivered. We called after an hour asking if it had gone out yet, since Bravo pizza on ch. Gascon takes 30 minutes. The response we received was "We choose the time". Some back and forth later, we were gracefully compensated with free medium fries. Absolutely dreadful customer service. The deliverer finally arrives but tells us he didn't have our compensation. It was only after multiple attempts at getting the message through that he conveniently found them. Unless you know you'll be hungry in 2 hours, order elsewhere.
After having experienced a late 45 Minutes lunch time delivery at school on October 31st, I convinced my family to give them a try as the Pizza was delicious. Big mistake. Order confirmed at 5:53; phone call looking for our order completed at 7. They informed us that they choose the time to complete the order. What does that mean?! Our order arrived at 7:12. Having said that, getting our freebie fries for tardiness was like pulling teeth. We were told he didn't know they were there. Whatever. First and last time. Too bad. Four children and their friends will continue to order from Bravo. Apologies to Bravo for looking elsewhere. Edit: 9 pm - Johnny just called and apologized for tonight's service. Nice touch.
I loved my experience in this restaurant. It was hands down the best pizza I had ever had in my life. The boss and the employees were really welcoming and made the experience even better. If there's a pizza restaurant I could recommend you in Mascouche it would definitely be Terasse Pizza over anything else.
It's terrible!!!! They gave my 2 year old baby a juice which is over date for 3 months!!!! And the worst part is they are not apologizing. The guy said it's the juice's company's fault!!! I will never go back again!! And be careful when you go eat with your kids. Check all the date before you take it!!!!!
This was the first and last experience I will be having with Terrasse Pizza. Customer service is absolute garbage & they told me it would take 30 minutes yet it took 80 minutes!!!!! Will absolutely not ever be buying here again. It should be a felony to run a pizza place this trash.
The food was perfect and the delivery time was short. Great experience as a customer and will be back for sure!!
