My husband and I looked for this company to rent an apartment. The manager said that we would have to book the property, that it was still occupied by another tenant and that it would undergo renovation, otherwise we would not be able to rent. We are foreigners and we believe in it. However, due to COVID-19 we had to return to our country. Without even receiving the keys to the apartment, we were charged $ 1590.00 plus $ 197 insurance. We asked for a refund and that disreputable company did not return it to us. I don't recommend it to anyone. We feel robbed by them. Dishonest company that wants to get illicitly and at the expense of others. That's because the manager had assured me, by email, that the company would return the amounts paid to us.

I moved into Island View Towers 6 years ago. I have found my new home to be clean, friendly, and the management and staff have been very professional. I particularly enjoy the lovely views over the lake.

I have never lived in a building that is so clean and well managed. The manager goes above and beyond to help anyone she can. Everything is cleaned daily and the amenities are well taken care of !!!

This is the most poorly managed building and the management company is horrible to deal with. The building manager is rude and doesn't want to do anything other than sit in the lobby with the lobby people. He doesn't understand basic customer service and has hung up on me twice today. U called head office to complain and have yet to get a response

This is a poorly managed company. If you're thinking of moving in to a Terra corp managed building, DON'T! I don't really want to go into details because there are many.

I’ve been living here for almost 6 years never had a problem...clean well kept building...easy access to the trail and other amenities...
