Game room with ice machine, full kitchen, billiard table, and sauna, plus garage area... work on your snowmobile in winter... keep a couple motorcycles out of the weather in summer. Small play area for children, campfire pit, picnic table, bench swing, and built-in charcoal grill in summer.
