Good but close early issue app and creating eletronic account pass on line no help there

I am not one to complaint. But the 96 is always late. And not by 5mins. By 15- 45mins or more. I’ve been at terminus Panama waiting for the 96 since 6:30pm it is now 7:28pm and still no bus. We are about 10 people waiting this is ridiculous

super bad service, its been twice i wait for the green bus in the stop infront of l’imprévu and it never shows up at the time it says in the app.

Too expansive and very rude staff specially Bus Driver ....

I received friendly and fast service when I went to pick up my pass.
