In general, the ticket office at the terminal is helpful and they offer many services to customers, including bus tickets, magazines, liquor, lottery tickets, and various gifts.
Excellent punctuality in the arrival of the buses. More shelters are needed so that people can wait for the buses inside the bus stops and be protected from the cold and rain.
Unfortunately, they don't respect their schedules. You can't guess that the drivers decide NOT to finish their routes at the time written on the timetable. So we wait up to 30 minutes or more in the freezing cold for nothing. Buses are there to help with transportation, especially in terms of revenue. If there's a written time, they should respect it, come on.
No buses after 6 PM on weekdays. Is that what you call a bus service??? If you don't have a car and you want to go see a movie at the Saint-Hyacinthe cinema around 7 PM, there's no bus to get back. That's tough.
