Clean waiting indoor air-conditioned area with lots of shade outside in the summer. The bus schedules are clearly indicated and customer service reps are very helpful.
Dirty toilets and tacky crackheads. Also I don't understand how people can go through an hour-long bus waiting line without wanting to blow the whole place up.
Why having alcohol dispensers if they are always empty
Very nice resort. Very well located: next to a UdeM building, Cégep Montmorency, Letendre college; and very close to modern condos and shopping centers.
Good metro station and bus terminal. The places are generally clean except sometimes the toilets. There is an indoor waiting area, a ticket office, toilets, a convenience store, etc. The staff is generally friendly.
