the guy was late first of all. when stopping at the bus stop there was nowhere to tell on the bus that it was bus “217” only later i had realized because he had turned the bus number on, while he was driving away, knocked on his window he let me on. looked at me disgracefully and told me to “wake up” knowingly he was in the wrong sorry just really disrespectful! if this guy doesn’t like his job he should just quit otherwise suck it up instead of yelling at a whole kid
Sorry but your bus driver that works the 419 that arrives at 5:36pm got angry at me that I supposedly “coughed” on him. Yes I am sick but still! He needs, like most of your drivers, to be polite to the customer.
My husband and I was in line to get his 2 years tickets loaded on to his senior Opus card this afternoon. After waiting in line for 30 mins or so, we got to the booth, the STM staff who was in the booth has the expression of a person who doesn't want to be there and doesn't like her job at all. She doesn't smile, doesn't care about the customer. Long story short, she can't load the 2 year ticket onto his opus card and he needed a new senior card, but the printer is broken, so we have to come back again another day. STM Fairview not open on weekends and Holidays! Unbelievable, I guess no one take the bus on the weekends, that's why no service required.
This terminus sums up feelings of dread. There are plenty of great bus drivers, but like the saying goes, it's the few bad apples that spoil the barrel.
It has a waiting station, so we it's winter you can rest inside! Nice
