Very nice terminus and is very modern, but the fact that there are hardly any parking spots less than 100 you could say really makes it difficult to get too if you are travelling any time that is not during rush hour. They could have easily kept the old parking that they had in the fall of 2022. Wish it was more convenient and would be nice if mall Champlain would let us park in their empty parking spots.
A big disappointment to those waiting for a bus. Why are there 14 ft openings for a 3 ft wide bus door? Why is there no wind protection between the bus and train terminal? Why is there only one elevator and no escalators for the train station? Why don't the monitors in the ceilings of the quays work? they never have I guess the architects were from the South. Winter is coming.

The new bus schedule ?!? Horrible !!!!!there is no bus from this horrible station to la praire or candiac from 8 am to 8:45 am , I just don’t get HOW they could make this schedule not thinking that people need to get to their work between 8-9 ?!?!?! For those who complain that there are no atms, nowhere to get tickets, they would've been vandalized or damaged by rain, wind, snow and ice through the seasons. You can get tickets at many convenience stores and most supermarkets within the bus network. One pass allows free line transfers within 90 minutes.
