Terminal Tower

Gorgeous apartment in a dream location. Walls are thick and well-insulated - little-to-no noise from neighbors, unit stays cool in the summer. Staff very helpful with move-in. I'm digging it!

Great apartment. Great view. Great experience. The leasing office team of Jessica and Natalie were incredibly helpful and went out of there way to make this work for me. I looked at several downtown buildings and Terminal Tower Residences just made the most sense for so many reasons--location, amenities, price. Couldn't be happier.

This is one amazing place. Units are well maintained and have the high end finishes. The security is great including the upgrades they have just completed. Jessica the property manager is one of a kind!! She is so caring and takes care of your issues or concerns if they arise. This is the second time I have lived here and I love it!!

I have been here for a month now and have nothing but good things to say about the terminal tower residences. The rooms are big and beautiful and there are great community resources gym, common room, roof top lounge available to the tenants. Most of all, management has been very helpful with any questions we have - particularly our leasing agent Ms. Riggi.

Love to live here! Would totally recommend. Jessica and Natalie are amazing ,have great personalities and wonderful to work with! I could not have asked for better staff to help with the renting process! 10 stars!!

Scheduled a tour online for terminal tower in advance about $5PP. Staff was friendly and there was no wait upon arrival to the tower. Views were gorgeous! Did not feel rushed during visit; 30 minutes at the top is more than enough. Would highly recommend.

The building is the focal point of cleveland architecture. Newly renovated for city living makes it the premier stay in Cleveland.

FANTASTIC! Best decision I have made so far in my young life. I was moving to Cleveland and needed an apartment ASAP. That's when I came across Terminal Towers and their Google reviews. I was sold right away and got in contact with Rita and her office staff. Efficient and delightful are two words I would use to describe the process of leasing at Terminal Towers. The apartments themselves are AMAZING from new stainless steel appliances to granite countertops to high ceilings. There is 24/7 security that made the building feel secure anytime I was coming back late. However, after coming here what sold me was the full sized gym with a free workout area and machines, and the quite rooftop where I could enjoy reading a book, while overlooking downtown and Lake Erie. The packaging system with Parcel Pending is also an added bonus, so you know your packages are safe and secure. Overall, my experience living at Terminal Towers and downtown was a pleasurable time and if I could have stayed longer I would have. If you're thinking twice about moving here, I would definitely pull the trigger and lease with Terminal Towers. *The only downside I could think of is the price of parking, but parking downtown will always be expensive and this parking garage is connected to the building itself. So one quick elevator ride and you're in the lobby!
