Went in for lunch during the week and was greeted by the staff working when I entered in a positive manner. I ordered a bowl and a side of pot stickers and the food was hot, freshly cooked and accurate to what I ordered. I will be back again as this experience was top notch! Very tasty
We stopped in 8/28 at roughly 1:45pm we received good customer service but later after leaving found multiple little hairs in our food. I know it’s not our’s as we do not have this hair type.. super disgusted and grossed out… I would just inspect your food mainly the chicken is where we found every hair.. obviously didn’t eat the rest of our food and threw it out..
Visited this location on 12/3/22 with my son. Both the cashier and manager greeted us. The cashier walked our food over to us. The manager cooked our food and it was so delicious. It was worth paying the extra money for having the food prepared yokasabi style. The manager informed me of the extra cost and suggested anoher way of cooking my food so i wouldnt have to pay extra. I liked this because most people now a days will not go our of there was to help you. The managers name was Jamal or Jamar I couldn't hear him very well when I asked him his name. I Will definitely be visiting this location in the future.
Customer service is severely lacking. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you because they’re busy talking to each other about “b*tches” and “h*es” and listening to stuff on their AirPods. The floor is super sticky and not at all clean. It always takes 10 minutes for food when it’s just one simple order of a bowl and no other customers. I see why it’s always empty inside, nobody wants to deal with the garbage customer service. I was left stranded waiting for my food for over 10 minutes without a simple “hey it’ll just be a moment, we just need to make more ____” or something along the lines. Only time I’ll ever order from here again is if I have 2+ hours to kill and order pick up.
My order was prepared in a timely manner, which is always great, but when I got home & began eating my chicken teriyaki bowl, the rice was under cooked & was too hard to chew, other than that my visit was pleasant, I was greeted when I entered the store.
I love this place! The staff is friendly and engaging. The music is upbeat and the food is good enough to keep me as a regular patron.
This my first time coming here and I promise it will not be my last! The food was amazing hot and fast! Very impressed with my experience! Chris was awesome
My first time coming into this restaurant and I give it a 10 my cashier Fudge was very nice and friendly the person cooking my food Shaniya did her thang in the back I ordered a 2nd bowl to go KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
WOW, talk about poor customer service. First time ordering online and came in there to pick up an order not knowing there was a section where you could grab the food. Told the lady that I was there to pick up the food and she gave me the worst attitude, "stank" face, and just pointed to where I could grab it. Great way to treat customers right? Also, food was also not good at all. Overcooked chicken, stingy on the sauce, salty noodles. Note this wasn't my only bad experience. I also had another experience earlier in the year where there was literally no one to help me order food at the front. Everyone was just in the kitchen chatting up. Waited 10 minutes before I just left. Tried to give it another chance, NEVER again. This place deserves it's 3 star rating at this point. Overall, had multiple bad experiences with this location that I had to finally give a review.
I would only eat here if I had a severe case of Hyponatremia. The “fried rice” was mush and way over cooked. The rice and steak was so salty that I thought they used water from the Dead Sea to cook it. I literally could only have a few bites. I have no idea how something could be that salty, it was inedible, and did not have good flavor. I would definitely not recommend going here, and I would not come back. Go to qdoba next door it’s cheaper and won’t give you a cardiac arrest
