For the most part...pretty typical Mexican restaurant....but the food is good and restaurant itself is clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The only issue I had was I requested no onions for my food....but that was either completely forgotten or ignored. I spent about 10 minutes picking out the onions...but I don't like sending food back. After getting the onions out, my food tasted great. I got a lunch combo of a chicken quesadilla, beef flouta, and beef taco. With the chips, salsa which has very few onions in it and is actually a pretty good salsa, and cheese dip...I left very full and satisfied.
One of the best Mexican restaurant around twin cities. Really amazing menu, fast service and boozy drinks. If you are craving for nice juicy citrusy taco, Teresa’s is the restaurant for you. They have $5 margaritas during happy hour. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because the server was wearing a really strong cologne and gave me headache.
Best experience for Hispanic food. Our server Jorge was very professional and gave the best recommendations for food . Glad we listened to him ! Good food and drinks ! We got the Supreme nachos & chicken chimichanga.Both were great and fresh ! This my go to Mexican place for comfort food. Highly recommend
While eating my food I found some aluminum material in my food. I called to tell them and he doesn’t apologize or anything. He assumes it’s from the foil of tortillas but it was inside of my chimichanga. I ask for a refund because now I have to eat something else. I’m not eating from this place ever again! He tells me he needs to see the problem to get a refund! I am not going to drive back to get a refund when you were in the wrong! So I post this picture here for everyone to see the problem!!
Drinks were amazing and food was great. I loved the staff friendly they were very friendly and helpful with picking good drinks. Everybody is is nice and the food was even better! 10/10 food drinks and experience
I've ordered delivery from this location a ton, and had them catered at work once - but those experiences, though amazing, pale in comparison to how delicious the food is in-person. The tres Marias are fantastic; the cheese sauce here is exceptional. The table chips and salsa are delicious, and the salsa is definitely mild enough for even the most spice-adverse member of your group though it's still flavorful. Many places have margaritas that all taste the same - they all taste like the plastic tub of margarita mix you can get at any cheap liquor store. Teresa's, though, has delicious margaritas that definitely taste fresh-made. I got their passion fruit medium margarita, and expected it to taste like any other syrupy drink. Instead, it was fresh, bright, and delicious. I will continue keeping this place as a go-to for my lazy Saturday, but after this margarita, I might have a few less lazy Saturdays and a few more "get out of the house and get to the restaurant" Saturdays.
We love this place! Amazing food served up fast, ice cold beers and tasty margs, and friendly service. The only thing it's missing is a patio, but not important enough to give less than a 5 star review. Thank you!
I love love love their food! We ordered 3 dishes: Appetizers sampler, Flaming Fajitas for two, and Teresas Molcajete for two... we ended up overloading our table because I didn't read that each of the "for two" dishes came with 2 plates of riced mixed with refied beans and toppings so 4 of those plates total. But hey I was happy with the quality and quantity. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the meats were soft. Yum! On top of that, all the food came out amazingly fast. Definately the best service I've had and that's saying a lot comparing it to high end places I've been. Ps. I'm weak. I underestimated the Violeta drink. I was buzzed from one glass.
This restaurant is a family restaurant -- we really like the food. Pro-tip: one family member orders cheese & onion enchiladas despite the fact they aren't on the menu; they're her favorite dish. Enchiladas, burritos, tacos, tostadas, -- we like them all here. Atmosphere-wise, you sit on the restaurant side and watch a game. Or, perhaps sit on the bar side for good libations. Clearly, the place is set up for those wanting to watch sports. They also have a remarkable saltwater fish tank that can be great for kids -- or anyone with an interest in such things.
