Tender Touch Laundry Services

I'm currently parked in front of Tender Touch where they claim that their business hours are Monday-Sunday 6am til 11pm At 11pm the doors automatically lock- which makes sense. However, it's currently 10:30pm, all of my clothes are locked inside the facility and the owner refuses to answer the phone, meanwhile there's a sign posted saying that for 'emergency purposes' you can contact her until 11pm. After I retrieve my clothing, I will never return to this business again.

Doors locked early, owner does not answer emergency number. We can't access our clothing
