Drove by and grabbed some dinner to go and been some time since I come to this place, but I will say I was not disappointed, their maki rolls and sushi were delicious and the crab pizza was the highlight of the meal, would recommend it, very unique but a most try
I’ve been coming to 10 Sushii since my university days back in 2016, and I still enjoy the chill atmosphere and friendly service. While I’ve noticed the quality has changed slightly over the years, the rolls tend to have more rice now and sometimes fall apart. It’s still a solid spot when you’re craving sushi. There’s a great variety to choose from the menu and it’s a convenient for casual sushi nights.
Best Sushi restaurant in Ottawa! Everything we ordered were so fresh and good! Food were served fast. Ordering from tablets was so convenient and easy. Definitely will come back again.
My family and I had a very uncomfortable experience at Ten Sushi that completely changed how we felt about this restaurant. While the food was okay, the customer service was not.nnWhen we placed our order, a staff member said, “Are you sure you can eat all this food?” in front of my family. This was embarrassing and inappropriate. No customer should ever be judged for how much they choose to order, especially in a restaurant where people are paying for their own meals.nnEven though this happened two months ago, it has stayed with me because of how disrespected it made us feel. Dining out should be enjoyable, not uncomfortable.nnBecause of this experience, I can only give this place two stars. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with more respect.
