Supportive, welcoming community. On a typical Friday night, you'll walk in to a festive environment and be greeted and welcomed in. Lots of ways to get involved on an ongoing basis with emphasis on living Jewish values, learning and social action.

The friendliest, most welcoming congregation you will ever find! A true home away from home and a feeling of family and warmth. Big emphasis on social action.

Temple Beth Hillel has been an amazing experience for myself and my wife. We have been blessed to share many spiritual, educational and joyful events with the Temple Beth Hillel Community. We have made many new friends...it is a truly caring group of folks led by a dedicated, warm and philanthropic Rabbi – Rabbi Jeff Glickman. The services are remarkable and the Religious School Staff is devoted to teaching the children with love and attention. There are so many events, from Adult Education to Yoga, that I cannot list them all. Check out the web site and join us on Shabbat.

I'm giving 5 STARS
Star # 1 -is for my 91 year young mother who was welcomed into TBH with open arms. She was apprehenive moving to S Windsor leaving her friends behind but was welcomed with such vigor and joy and is busy every day.
Star # 2 -Iis for the Congregations commitment to Israel. I was lucky enough to join this wonderful Temple family in the 2007 trip. I came as a guest and ended up as part of the TBH family .And by the way I live in Encino, Ca!
Star #3- If you are looking for a synagogue- this is the one! They welcome EVERYONE! The Rabbi says "This is a house of prayer for all people", When they see a new face they are quick to engage you and hang out with you- and they mean it!
Star #4- Is for the clergy - Rabbi Jeff & Cantor Scott. Our Rabbi teaches , " This is a house of prayer for all people". He means it and with this community they live it and they sing it!
Star #5- It's the events that count! They really know how to make a party- delicious potluck dinners, musicales, adult classes, Hebrew school- everythings here under one roof.
These are my 5 STARS- So glad to have found this wonderful community.
