Stellar Service. EXACTLY the way customer service was meant to be. Would return gladly to this location for all my Telus needs. My wife and I made the unknowing mistake of walking in on Black Friday 2017 to upgrade our iPad and get the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which we had ordered earlier in the week. Forgetting it was Black Friday, we walked into a storm of people inside trying to take advantage of the prices. We dealt with Laura who is the sales manager, and I cant stress enough how professionally, and most importantly, how patient, yet methodical she was in dealing with crowds and the lineups. She never faltered once. Never lost her cool or calm demeanour, and we were shocked at how proficient she was in dealing with MULTIPLE clients at once, and shortlisting clients who had simple questions about their accounts, from people who wanted to purchase items. It was awesome to watch this person handle so much at once....and everyone could see that. We tip our hats to Laura and her entire team for being professional, calm and a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I walked away from this thinking we would have lost our minds had we been working there! Thank you Laura for the AWESOME new phone & iPad. We are busy learning all of their new tricks and features well into the wee morning hours :)
