The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, because of this reason the wait time is excruciatingly long. Pack a lunch if you have to visit this place. To sign someone up for a phone, it could take over 30 minutes because they help the customer go through all the initial setup process that customer should be doing on his own. I've visited the shop twice and waited in the queue for over an hour the first time (I had to cut line to buy a pre-paid sim, which took all of 1 minute because I was fed up with the wait) and 45 minutes the second time. I received great service no doubt, but I'd rather receive decent service and cut down the wait time significantly.
