WOW! Posting about Telsco seems weird for me as I have been with them for almost half a century and four residential homes. All my homes have been quiet with no issues other than the occasion time I forget the alarm is on and carelessly open a patio or garage door. An immediate phone call from Telsco's Security Team quickly resolves my error.nnWe have continued to have Telso update our system with new key pads, armed screens, video surveillance infrared cameras and our newest install, electronic door locks so my disabled wife can unlock and lock the doors after her caregivers have visited.nnFor the times that service is required, Telsco can often handle it from their end but when unable, their service rep. is usually in my driveway before I even begin to worry about it. It is their incredible eye to detail and their service of which I am most proud to recommend.nnPerhaps there are cheaper, I don't know but to be fair, when it comes to solid security for my family, the word cheaper just does not fit. You can shop with Telsco confidently not only for their installation but, all of the back up that exists and you hopefully will never have to use. Sleep easy knowing that your family is safe because Telsco has them covered!

I just had a system installed by Jagdeep. There was still original equipment in my new home and Telsco upgraded it all at no charge. It’s pretty high tech and I’m amazed at how much you can do, all through an app/website. Jagdeep was very thorough and patient, taking time to carefully walk me through it and explain everything to me, making sure I knew how to use it all before he left. Highly recommend, though it took sometime to get the actual appointment.

I have trusted Telsco with my home security since 2009 and they have not let me down.  I also worked with them on a professional basis for many years.  They recently upgraded all the equipment in our home, free of charge.  Chase was the technician they sent to do the work and he was amazing!!  So professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly.  I could not have asked for better service.  To have Brandon call me the next day to ensure everything went well and to inquire if there was anything further I required was exceptional customer service.  I am very happy with Telsco and would recommend them to anyone looking for peace and mind in regards to the security of your home or business.

I had a very positive experience working with the TELSCO staff. From the start with the sales, Dayna was friendly and patient and went the extra mile to help me understand aspects of what they offered and how it works. The installation crew, Alan and Shamsur, we also great. Friendly helpful fellows that were patient and ensured that I was happy with the install. The technology itself is great and I enjoy the aspect of being able to look into our property at any time.  The processes that identify a person or car are also great.  It saves a bunch of possible notifications due to trees swaying in the wind. I would highly recommend TELSCO if you are looking for a new security system or upgrading a system.
