Although they came out for an emergency visit I paid $225 and they said the switch was turned off. One week later my boiler shut down again and when I called them I was upset and I'd like them to come back out. The man came back at me very rudely as if I was accusing them of something. I paid, it worked for a week, and they supposedly did nothing but look at it.... They could have done something when they came out the first time other than just turn my switch back on. No clue how it ended up off.. I was not home.

My homesmart links them to me. They have been to my mobile home numerous times and I have never had any issues. They are kind, professional and, are willing to answer all of my questions.

After booking-in with TEK friends of ours in Litchfield said TEK screwed up the installation of their wood stove. Well, we should have canceled with them as they were incompetent and quite poor at customer relations.

I have this company come to our residence on an annual basis for routine maintenance. Bery courteous and trustworthy. I would be 100% okay allowing them inside to conduct their work if we weren't home.
