Called Teeters today because I had no electric to my heaters. The responded quickly, were at my house in about an hour, diagnosed in under 10 minutes and fixed in another 20 minutes. Total time from call to fixed was 90 minutes and I have heat. Ryan was very polite and respectful. Will definitely use them again and recommend to neighbors

I was new to the area and had no prior relationship with Pam and was recommended by my realtor. Yes, I know what you are thinking, recommended by my realtor big red flag! Pam answered all my questions upfront and honestly while explaining her approach to this project. Pam was responsiveness to my needs and concerns and offer many suggestion and improvements. It was her listening to my needs and understanding of the work and not an attempt to upsell the job. Pam took the time to inspect my house and effectively communicated areas in the house that would be difficult due to access locations and limited space including obstructions in the crawl space. With these challenges it was her knowledge, flexibility and experience that provided practical and real time solutions that was acceptable to me and my budget. Pam’s coordination from start to finish and the quality of work was top notch. This professional service occurred across all phases staring with the permit process, coordinating with the power company, inspections and final approval by the City. Pam and her electricians were professional, reliable, courteous and respectful of my privacy and property. In fact, she completed this rewire with minimum damage to the drywall. I only had a few minor repairs. Excellent work and nice job Pam! As a homeowner, I felt Pam delivered exactly what had been promised at the agreed upon price.
