BEWARE! Do not store your things at this facility! It’s gate is open all day long with nobody on site, it’s a muddy mess when it rains and my mothers unit had water from improper drainage leaks in during heavy rains. They scam you for $25 late fees when their office had auto deducted her payment from her bank account every month and claim she didn’t have money in the bank! We can prove she had plenty of money. They also require 10 days notice to move out 14 days actually because they are closed on weekends You’ve been warned! See you in small claims court!
I'm excited that this self storage facility is under new ownership. The new owner and management team are great to do business with. Their online portal is easy to use; from booking a unit, to setting up automatic payments. Great experience, awesome customer service. I highly recommend Store It Now!

Under new management, I am liking the changes they have done and the ones they are working toward.
Called to find out what units are available and was put into voice mail. The gate was wide open with no one around and I saw no evidence of security cameras. I give it zero starts at this time but have to click on one in order to post.
I have a small storage unit here. Love the updates done by the new management and their auto-pay feature makes it worry free.
