Courteous service, experienced technician, but excessive costs.nDo the math: $95 service call, parts to replace, and a minimum of one hour of service $80/hour even if it only takes 10 minutes! I call that overcharging.

Excellent service! The technician fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I understood that the minimum charge was for one hour of travel. Very happy!
