We had great communication, & he was always available when we needed answers; does this man sleep? He co-ordinated perfect photos & inspections quickly, and at our convenience. I honestly can’t say enough about this realtor; we loved the enthusiasm & energy which Bob brought to the table. We will most definitely be using his services again, as he invests himself fully and truly looks out for your best interest. He’s our “GO TO” realtor!

Don't appreciate letters in my mail on a Saturday. My house is not for sale so don't try kicking a family out of their home for a "potential" client. The client can go purchase a house that is for sale. STOP HARRASSING PEOPLE who don't have homes up for sale. Stop trying to push families out of their homes. Disguisting buisness. Should be ashamed of yourselves. NO! There is my answer. NO and if I ever do sell it will not be here at all after this. Im so not impressed. Dont ever come here with a letter like that again. I recently used Team Powerhouse's, Sarah White, to purchase a home in an unusually stressful situation. I can't imagine having done it with anyone else. She was professional, easy going, and so supportive and encouraging. She made it fun by interacting with my family. When it came time to purchase the place we fell in love with, she took extra steps to insure that I got the home that fit my family perfectly. I chose Team Powerhouse, because once upon a time, I moved from a different city, and at that time, Mark and Jay did so much leg work for us, it was quite incredible. This is a team of professionals who know how to blend business and efficiency while making you feel like your needs are the most important part.
