Great cocktails and really helpful bartender. I loved the old classroom feel--all the details in the decor were like a prolonged witty joke; we kept discovering more details as we savored our drinks. (For the reviewer who missed it, the fake wood veneer tables are obviously part of the joke!) And the bartender was probably the nicest I have ever met. He did off-menu twists on classic cocktails to suit the individual tastes of each person in the party, generously shared the recipe for one especially tasty concoction with tips for making it at home, and advised us on where to buy the most amazing cherries for Manhattans. We will definitely be back!

I really love the vibe of Teachers. They have done such a fantastic job the the decorations and the vibe. I really love the math based pricing list (square root of 36). The cocktails are nice and there is a decent beer list. I absolutely love that it's a place without TVs. So, if you want a quite places to actually talk to friends, it's a great place. My only gripe is that it's a little on the spendy side. Mixed drinks are a normal $10, but $6 for a pint of generally mid-quality local beer just is a little much.
