I was also given ample time to ask questions and consider my options. My queries were responded to with thorough answers and I was never once made to feel pressured. After that, she processed my information swiftly and ensured that all necessary documentation was completed without any hassle. I am happy with what I got.
I thought insurance was there to help families during difficult times. Our car was hit from behind and taken through the TD repair process. We suspected that our car would be repaired and returned, but after a week, it was written off, and our rental was recalled after a one day extension. Between a full time job, it was impossible to find a replacement, with required licensing, etc.nnMy TD adjuster said that he can not allow any more time. Our contents were still had to be retrieved from our car, but the repair shop had no mechanic on the weekend to opened the damaged trunk. It was apparent that TD wanted to move the vehicle, but until I claim my belongings, the car had to stay on the lot. We called for TD supervisor to review our needs and our calls were not returned.nnBeing a long time TD customer, I felt that TD was not there for us when we needed them.
TD insurance scammed me and increased the premiums after two month and didn’t want to refund my first and last month payments.nStating they are making the changers from the date issued not from the the changes made to my premium.nUnderwriter was on call when I disagreed for the changes and still confirmed and sent the policy so that I will have to pay the higher premium and no refund.nAll these people working in TD insurance won’t help you even if your in worst situation.nOne of the worst experience.nWill give zero star if I can.nDon’t ever get a insurance from them.nThey don’t have physical locations for insurance.nWe can’t talk any agent physically only on call and they will keep changing everything they want to while your talking.
I have both my business and car insurance through TD and I really appreciate their phone service options. They are able to problem solve quickly and make adjustments as needed, all through their phone system. It’s very good service so far
I got a good quote for the Home&Auto insurance bundle online. When I am ready to finalize the payment, I noticed the actual home insurance price is 15% higher than what is in the quote. Also, I have to pay the home insurance first before I can see the actual auto insurance price. The customer representative said it is a system issue and the quote is not accurate. What I want to say is that it is not the system issue at all and it is a FRAUD. When you do the business, honest is the most important for your reputation. I am surprised that TD - such big company play this trick with your customer.
