Went for a withdrawal and help with an issue caused by a faulty ATM card read error. Spoke with Tad. He was professional, courteous and offered to go the extra mile to help me resolve the problem. He ended up crediting back the error, despite the fact that it wasn’t the fault of TD. He addressed all of my concerns, and despite their complexity, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Quality branch, would recommend.

If you'd like to deal with staff who actually enjoy their work then please choose any other branch. Workers here are very incompetent and make you feel as you are a bother to be a customer. Will never return again. Twice in the previous two weeks I was in for issues and was sent home only to have to return to the brach because things were not addressed properly on the first visit... even when I called their 1-800 line, they said to ask the employees at the branch "if they understand how to read their nCard notes" as I'm guessing this must be the internal system for notes. He agreed that I should not have had to return either time and that is was complete laziness and negligence from the individual at the store Either way the other two branches are just delightful so save yourself a headache and go there. I have been a customer of the TD Bank for 35+ years. I presently have 3 small business accounts and 1 personal checking. I visited the Kelsey Drive branch yesterday approx. 11:00 to discuss the unreasonable monthly service charges to my account. Firstly, it seems the employees feel you must request an appointment if you wish to avail of their valuable time. Apparently they have the lost the concept of your time also being valuable. When I finally did speak to a person with their own office I felt I had somebody of importance if you have your own office she spoke to me in the middle of the branch...nice. She then proceeded to speak to the gentleman in charge of small business accounts. After some discussion, she came back and advised he was on a conference call. Strange I thought, on a conference call with his office door wide open. Being a little cynical, the thought crossed my mind he didn't wish to speak with me. I gave the first employee my contact #'s, told her what I wanted and was then told they would look into my request. I was assured a call later in the day. Today being the next day, still nothing. As for trying to access an employee by phone, my advise, buy a lottery ticket...better odds. This branch needs a lesson in customer service and attitude adjustment, after all it is customers like me and you who actually pay their salaries. Update....The branch has since reached out and has resolved my issues / concerns. Thank you both Mollie and Danny

Wasted my time for the last time. Never returning to this branch ever again. Worst customer service. They should learn a few things from mount pearl branch where customer service is A++++

This is my branch. I just do my normal everyday banking there. Everyone's friendly and I'm usually in and out the door quickly.

I wish they had the change machine they have at the kelsey drive location at everyone. awesome :
