This TD location is the best in terms of service and advice. My advisor, Ziba Kanani, is super friendly and professional. She is super knowledgable in terms of their products and takes the time to address your needs accordingly.nnThe branch itself is pretty spacious and clean. And the staff is also super nice and patient and also fast.nnThe branch has drive thru ATM option and there is plenty of free outdoor parking outside.
My husband and I had an appointment with Massimo Abballe in this branch last July 13 for my husband’s application. I keep sending him an email for an update of the application but until today 28th of August still no response from him. It’s impossible that he didn’t have time to open his email if he was in the branch since I went so many times in the ATM machine and saw him and his colleagues talking and laughing and the branch is not busy. What is 1-5 minutes replying to emails if you are not willing to go on to next step just tell us and my husband tried to call so many times but no answer. It’s his job to give the client an update but he is very irresponsible.
This branch is almost always SLOW. Too many tellers loitering behind the counter with no obvious reason, while too many customers wait in line. Update: I added one star because Jay from TD responded within a couple of hours. Will be glad to add more stars when I notice the actual improvement in this branch that I visit quite often.
The worst banking location. TD should be ashamed. Have been coming here for years. The staff and managers are constantly changing almost on a monthly basis. Always novice and new tellers without any knowledge of customer service. The manager here who is a younger guy now refused to offer a normal service, visited another branch near by and got the issues resolved with no issues. Seems he is too new and very novice at his job. The Service of this location has me considering moving all my accounts including business account to rbc. Actually rating would be zero not 1
Very long wait times, the tellers are slow. And then they ran out of cash by the time I got to the counter. How does a bank run out of cash? Ridiculous.
