This branch is great! Sometimes it can get busy (for example the first of the month), but there are some very knowledgeable and friendly staff who work here. We had an issue with one of our accounts and the manager here really took care of us and made us feel special. Thank you!

Staff were not helpful and did not follow up after banking appointments. Overall, TD is a sub par bank with overly inflated interest rates on product and bad international currency rates. I will be switching banks now

I would give them 0 if I could. Absolutely unprofessional stuff when it comes to commercial deals, business to business transactions. They get lost as soon as they see papers other than personal debit card. Tried this location several times with different tellers , in vain. No hope this branch can work any better. Non of the tellers including manager know how to process mortgage payout or business to business deposit. They must have been related to HR manager somehow otherwise there is no way they could qualify for this job. Never ever again I will go to this branch again.

They answer phone calls surprisingly fast. And the lady provided very professional answers to my question with good attitude. The answer saved me a trip to go to the branch without having enough documents.
