Don't recommend this bank unless you have a cold hard million in cash. If you have more money than you need they will hook you up otherwise they just tell you to go pound sand. I will never have another dollar of my hard earned nickles go threw this branch. Only posting one star as it won't let me leave a zero star review... Pretty sure there old manager is rolling over in his grave the way this bank has changed. Other than the building which has not seen a make over ever if my memory serves me right. Adios TD. Not going to give you the opportunity to seize my bank account like you did to all the truckers...... anyone reading about this bank go elsewhere save your time and frustration. I highly recommend wealthsimple. Way way better to deal with.
I can't say enough about the Dawson Creek branch! I was frustrated with my former institution so I made the switch on the recommendation of a close friend. The difference has been night and day in regards of customer service and the ease to transfer all my accounts over to TD. I'll be highly recommending TD to anyone looking for a excellent banking institution. I moved my business over in 2023, and my personal accounts earlier this year
I can’t say enough good things about the team at TD Dawson Creek. After years of frustration with Scotiabank, I made the switch to TD on the recommendation of family and friends who spoke highly of their business services. I truly did not know what I was missing! I moved over my personal, business, and investment accounts, and the difference in customer service has been night and day. The staff here are kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their extended hours make banking so much more convenient, and the level of customer service truly feels personal. If you’re looking for a bank that values its customers and delivers top-notch service, I highly recommend TD Dawson Creek.
I was disappointed with the service I received from the banking advisor. I was asked to return to the bank twice over two days just to inquire about the requirements, which involved long discussions—about an hour each day—with no clear progress or outcome. It felt like the advisor was unsure of the process and couldn’t provide proper guidance
I have always received great service here! I switched here over 15 yrs ago. At that time they were the only place in town that could do a rubber stamp of approval when dealing with my mom's will.
