Horrendous customer service at the Moose Jaw, SK branch. They don't care about helping customers at all. AWFUL!! I've had good experiences in other cities but it's been awful in Moose Jaw.

Yes. Usually a line up but the service is quick and customers are served efficiently. No major delay. Staff do their best with a smile.

I will not use them again. Aside from the individual mortgage person Stephanie T. this bank has done nothing right in my mortgage process. They almost cost me the house I wanted because they "lost" the application in their computer the day it was due. All the tech support people just left and I was forced to "buy" another day from the sellers or I would have lost the house. On top of that they lost my physical credit card despite it showing up online in my accounts ,none of them seem to know where it is. I tried to open a US based TD account and their computer didn't believe it was really me, despite passports, driver's license, SIN card. Their whole system is sloppy and even when you complain they can't fix it. Still no credit card, no US account to transfer money to. No manager willing to step up and actual make a decision.
