Great place to bank. Always friendly staff willing to help whenever possible. Hours could be better, as not all people are available to visit before 4pm.
Poor experience. I was treated like a child. The lady was talking down to me and made comments like "oh so you've never done taxes before because you're a student"... no I'm 30 years old, I've done taxes every year since I started working at 16, I'm working a full-time job at a well established company where I'm on track to make over 200k a year. But no, I can't handle a basic credit card. Only bright side was the branch manager was much nicer.
