I am speechless. After half an hour waiting on the line for business customers from third I became second. At the same time it was only one teller for personal banking and 11 people in line. Actually that didn’t bother me since I had accepted it may be, BUT: The Manager of the branch came to me and after I complained from the lack of staff She asked me “ What are you doing here “ I was shocked and before had a chance to respond she continued and offered me to go to RBC if don’t like the service here. She was definitely embodiment of customer service.

No one is ever available to staff the counter or take a walk in call. All appointments need to be made weeks in advance. Anytime you go into this branch you will be greeted by a line up out the door full of unhappy customers, there was even a monitor turned around with a movie on it.... I never expect to be at a bank long enough to watch a movie. The staff that works at this branch is very friendly and they know their stuff, it's just getting through in a timely manner to get service. 2 starts

I bank here often as I live close by. every time I've gone in there's 1 or 2 tellers and a huge lineup of annoyed people. They need to start staffing thier counter better. There is also never any safety deposit boxes available which is also annoying. I gave it two stars because the staff is actually quite knowledgeable and decent so I don't mind booking appointments here.

Long line ups. One or two tellers and one is sometimes new.
