Came into the branch to get assistance with a very unique sale of a vehicle. Michelle and the manager Crystal were both incredibly helpful during the extensive and confusing process of the transaction. Made multiple calls to different departments within the TD chain to assist us. After a few hours spent in the branch, all parties involved in the sale of the vehicle left pleased. Thank you, Michelle and Crystal for all of your work and patience.
Ridiculous banking. Verified bank draft from a branch 120 meters away and they want to hold this for 5 days. Bank manager giving contradictory answers and won’t even call to verify funds that are already verified by draft and transactions slip. Total joke, won’t even call the other bank manager who ahe deals with all the time. Total lack of service
We live in Blackfalds but, when we actually have to go into a branch, to purchase foreign exchange, etc, this is the branch that we always choose.nThe team here are all so very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that so much.
Quite possibly the worst TD branch for customer service I’ve ever been in…period.
Today we went into the bank, the temp outside was 26-27C so we didnt want to leave our little dog in the vehicle even for a few minute so i carried her into the bank. The senior teller came up and said dogs were not allowed in the bank. There were no signs and i cant find anything on the TD website either. She was rude and not friendly, strange we go to the TD bank in Red Deer and have taken our little dog in there with no issues actually they are happy to see her. I will choose where i bank in the future if this is how customers are treated.
