Worst branch period. Wait times are long and service is garbage. I had to drive to another branch to have my issue resolved properly. I was just dismissed from this branch like I was a nuisance without any help or explanation.

Great manager. Helped me a lot to open a new account and transfer funds into it from escrow account with no hold. Advised on government regulations and how to wire money on time sensitive manner on the same day account was open and transfer into it was done. Highly recommend.

Horrible Customer Service, I went in to cash a government check and I was told that they wouldn't cash it, they wanted to place a hold on my check. Then she proceeded to tell me that I needed to build a relationship with the bank first, I asked what the hell is that supposed to mean I've had my account with TD for 10 years??? She then said I should either take my check to RBC bank to get it certified and come back or go to Cash Money to get it cashed. WOW!!! Really? A Bank is telling me to go to a check cashing place to cash my check? I'm so not impressed with TD Bank, this is the last straw, I am done with this bank and there lack of customer service, I was humiliated and disrespected by this bank for the last time. I will be closing all of my accounts with them ASAP.
