I went to safety deposit box. When i wemt before they said, we don't need to wait the line, they have access front deception. already 4 tellers has customers and 2 customers in line. I asked to receptionist to help safety deposit box. She doesn't have customer but she refused my consent and she also said you have to follow the line. Only busy time we can help it. This is very ridiculous. Very bad experience i haven't any bank here. Bad customer service.

TD, just shut down this branch, seriously. It's a shame. I was reading all the negative reviews and could not believe them until I visited this branch last Friday for my own business. The employee did the intake and said that he would call me to follow up.on Monday and also suggested for me to call him on Monday if he forgets to call me lol.nnMonday comes, no email from TD employee, no phone call. Ok, I have patience. Tuesday comes, mid day nothing from TD. I decided to call, left a message. Sent a follow up email. Crickets.nnNow it is Wednesday - still crickets.nnWhy bother keeping this branch?
I had a horrible experience with worker thier name are Saikiran and Leonard. I had some questions so I went this branch. I talked to Leo and Saikiran suppoosed to call me same day but he did not. I emailed Leo and I made another appointment with them but I did not get any call or emails so I left a voice mail on Leo's office but still, no respond. If they were too busy to contact with customer, why they are taking appointments? I respect thier time, that's why I made an appointment so I wish they feel vale of customer's time as well. This branch manager need to train worker a little bit better.nI do not recomend this branch at all.
I went and visit again this branch. It’s a new building , very nice and brand new facility, friendly staff but the convenience of having a drive thru is what missing in this branch. .nnThey have a unique design when you want a one on one meeting with their bank specialists, either meeting in the main room or on the second floor.nThis New branch came from a combined three TD bank location location - Wolfdale road , Westdale Mall in Dundas and alone Dundas street area
