Was able to make an appointment via telephone to set up accounts, discuss RSPs, FHSAs, etc. Shah is excellent, he listened to what I had to say and provided knowledgeable advice. My knowledge of financial products is above average, but Shah was able to make some recommendations that would be beneficial that I hadn't considered. The tellers were helpful and served me in a timely manner. Really glad I gave this local branch a chance as driving in to Fredericton isn't convenient. Thank-you for everything!
Worst branch in Canada. If i could put zero stars i would. Ask for a RSP statement say the can't do it. Had to be reorder and go on. My wife who have the same account type received her the same morning from another representatives without problem. Each year in a different branch i went and got my statement in no time without issue. Drive to fredericton is worth it to get decent services.
The worst branch in Canada. Supervisor which is a female is very rude. So rude that she lies right to your face. I'm in a meeting but she wasn't really in a meeting and then when the teller needed help. She came right over and helped her. From her meeting.. which was just two people talking at a desk. If it was a meeting you would have been moving behind closed doors. But if that's how people are treated from this branch why is this Branch even open?nnLet's see if we can get some feedback from Toronto Dominion?
My husband tries to cash a check and it's judged by his appearance and age. So the cold is placed on his money. Even though it's from another banking institution in Canada, there was no need to place a hold check at a teller unless the decision of the branch absolutely despicable and judgemental
This bank is trash…. Since, when can you not go to a bank that has issued the check and cash it with your own ID?
