I asked for a new credit card The teller was easily confused by my request When she finally understood that I wanted to replace my credit card, she had me sign the form for the new credit card- then told me I would receive a new credit card in 5-7 business days. I went back to the branch 2 weeks later and spoke to the same teller again and she was confused again. After 15 minutes she remembered the transaction we made and told me to wait 10-12 business days. It's been 3 weeks now and I called TD credit cards and they said no one from the branch sent out the request. I've called the TD branch and they did not answer. This teller was unprofessional and easily confused. Stay away from this branch.

Have been banking here over 10 years and no complaints. Staff are always happy to help and very friendly. Will continue banking here for many more years

The staff are always friendly and are eager to help and they will start to know who you are if you go often enough. This location can definitely be very busy at times with personal and commercial banking needs.
