One of the best branches to be in: friendly staffs, prompt service and easily accessible area. Ronak Patel proved to be the best representative I ever met . He knew what he was doing. It was 6th of December, 2022 I went to see Ronak Patel to open a business account. I was pleasantly surprised by his exemplary demeanor and professionalism. He is, by all accounts, an expert and a bona-fide Financial advisor I ever happened to come across. A very friendly, easy going and sanguine advisor, Patel deserves accolades aplenty. Folks, these are not mere words of praise, they represent the true spirit of my personal experience . TD branch Fernie ,thank you for having him there.
Exceptional customer service by Ronak Patel! My wife and I were in the process of buying a new house for ourselves, that we can call it home. As I have had little to no knowledge about how this process work, I was very much anxious at various stages. I was also not confident if my mortgage will be approved or not. When I met Ronak Patel at the Fernie branch, first of all he made sure to listen to all of my questions and queries. Later on, he explained us about how this process works, what documentations required and how fast he can provide us with the services we're looking for. He also educated me about the first-time home buyer incentive, that I surely heard about, but never knew how it would help me - practically. Today, after just 2 days, we have our mortgage approved by TD, thanks to Ronak, we also got first-time home buyer benefit, and are ready to move into our new home, to create more memories. Once again, thanks a ton, Ronak, for all your help and support. You have surely helped TD gaining a customer for the lifetime.
The staff at this branch are very personable and helpful when you go to the branch in person, however they never answer the phone or return voicemail which is very frustrating since it means that simple enquiries which could be resolved on the phone require an in-person visit, which is not always possible with a busy schedule.
The best TD location in Canada. The team there goes above and beyond, always, to help clients to get the best outcome possible. Skip the misery of dealing with CIBC, go to TD for your banking needs. They will always go to bat for you.

Lovely staff. My only complaint would be that they never answer the phone which can be annoying in an emergency
