Al at the bank provided exceptional customer service and professionalism while resolving an issue with my account. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process stress-free. Highly recommend Al and Frank manager for their outstanding support!
Always a line 10-15 people deep. No business banking line, every teller has to get approval from bank manager before depositing anything over 4K CAD. The turnover at this branch is unbelievable, Alicia is the only recognizable and helpful manager. Please consider having a dedicated business line, it would drastically lower the waiting in line time for personal banking and business banking.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ryan at the TD Bank in Watertown. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, resolving my issue quickly and efficiently. I’d give this branch a Zero Star if it were at all possible! PAST CUSTOMER HERE. Notice with the 1 Star reviews, all the repetitive robot responses to call an infamous 1-855 number? Spare yourself the oxygen, agony and effort. You will valuably waste your time by doing so, regardless of the severity involved. Instead, you could be finding yourself a new financial institution, that utilizes a Fiduciary Duty to its customers. In the TD banking world, that duty and commitment to its customers is non existent. Take some simple straightforward advice, LEAVE! The Waterdown Branch is a training branch facility, whereby, will remain, transient, inept, dishonest & unprofessional .
I've had such a difficult experience working with this TD branch to close my Dad's estate. I was scheduled for an in-person meeting to close his business account, was informed I met with the wrong person. They then scheduled me a call with a Business Advisor who then cancelled by meeting with no explanation. So now I have no clue what to do. I understand that estates can be complicated, but I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I've dealt with Scotia and CIBC for my Dad's other bank accounts and they were wonderful to work with. Please do better TD!
