As someone who has had bank accounts with many other banks, I found the staff at this bank to not only be helpful but accommodating. I was publicly humiliated at the Bank of Montreal by the manager, an experience I will never forget. I am happy to have changed my account to this branch.

They dont have enough  staff i allway have to wait to get money out becuase they  only have two people  working he counter  and they allways are chatting  about everything  but banking bussiness.

I've never had a bad experience with the tellers at any branch, but the TD Bank, as a whole is a joke.  I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years with an 800 plus credit score, and was treated like a dog on the street when I went in for refinancing.  Went to the Royal Bank and was treated like a queen.  Guess us little people are not important enough ... what I have to say about the TD can't be printed in a review.
