Staff are rude and act like it’s their money in the safe. Been with this bank for 20 years and nothing but racism and discrimination. Maybe that’s why this bank is going bankrupt, the bank staff who came from other countries are sending it “to their families”. Meanwhile they drive Mercedes Benz, have kids with old white men, and have big houses. Mail order bride anyone?

Love this bank. No issues. My husband is Canadian and I'm American. I have checks coming from the states and there is hardly ever any hassle.

Idiots. All of them! Rude and hardly ever helpful! And STOP trying to get me to get a credit card every time I come in for a transaction.

They always go out of their way to help the customers!nnStaff is very friendly and obliging!
