Never open weekends, bad hours for anyone with real full time job. Rhis Bank used to be the best. Now I just want to switch to anyone who is open past 5pm, or open Saturdays

Avoid Teller Diane and Assistant Manager Khat. Specially if you are a person of colour and/or have recently moved into town. Rest of the staff are fine.

Slow. Unbelievably, painfully slow. Plan on spending 20-45 mins in the branch to see a teller and have a deposit/transaction completed. Mondays/Fridays easily 30minutes plus. Would also avoid the afternoon >2pm. Seems very few tellers have override authority so there’s 1 manager running around attempting clear larger cheques, manage disputes etc. Would not recommend this branch whatsoever as a small business owner. Pure headaches.

I made the mistake of trusting this branch when I tried to deposit two cheques into the branch machine on Saturday 1 December 2018. The machine shut down, and I asked some of the branch employees for help. They told me that it was 4pm and that they couldn't help me as it was time for them to go home for the day. They wouldn't even let me use a branch phone to call for help. This is totally unacceptable! I had to use my own cell phone and incur roaming charges. That would be the equivalent of telling someone, during the 1990s, to spend money on a pay phone so that the customer can correct the bank's mistake. No offer to reimburse me for the roaming charges was ever made. TD clearly hates its customers. I remember when TD would give its customers free cheques and free banking books. Now, they have nothing but contempt for their customers.

Excellent understaning by the branch staffs, now I'll be keeping all my banking with TD.
