It was not friendly. I brought in a bank draft from our bank, just one block over, and the teller wanted a phone number to verify the bank. When I didn't know the phone number, like we all know our banks phone number, the bank teller did not seem helpful. And the bank draft, won't be verified for 8 days by TD. Very unfriendly teller. I just hope it was deposited into the proper account.
Had an absolute awesome time at the branch and has really turned it self around over the past few months and other community members would agree!! Was speaking with Eldie Valles and he provided some very legendary service and met my needs and more! Can’t wait to go back to the branch!
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff who doesn't seem to care about customers or operating procedures. Theanager was worse than the crusty lady behind the counter and then proceeded to leave the branch before any issues were resolved. My entire family will be switching banks. Enough is enough.
Horrible Customer Service at this branch and with all the call centers. We spent the whole day dealing with fraudulent charges. Constantly passes back and forth. Poor security systems. We ended up pulling all our money and closing our account. No one cared we were taking away a huge amount of money, line of credit etc. We had better service closing our account then when we were customers.
Most of the time excellent service but recently they have a lot of rude ladies that have no idea of what customer service is. They have an awful lot of arrogance and should not be in public service. The cleaning crew at night park in the only handicap spot and use expired handicap passes. Best to avoid this branch at all costs until improvements are made!
