Miss Mrs. Annie Potvin And her manager Rosanna De Paola Asked me to leave the branch, denied to serve or help in any way...I have all my banking with TD but after the rude behavior and interrogation at this branch i am leaving TD. I tried to complain about this to TD customer care and there small business helpline and i was told "we are sorry you have been miss informed by our cx service and the branch did not treat you properly BUT we cant do anything to cover your loss....we will coach our employee" I was asked to tell them when exactly am i gonna leave instead of keeping me as a customer!! WORST BANK AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Moving to BMO!!
