TD Canada Trust ATM

I went to this branch to wire a deposit for a hotel in Europe. The teller did everything in her power to get out of it. I had just completed one the previous week and realize its a lot of work. The teller kept bringing up excuses why she couldn't. Swift number - providde, bank address - provided. Recipient's name - provided. Recipients home address - I didn't have. She was saved! I'd like to point out you don't need their home address. I walked out and did it myself via Western Union. If you're going to have a bank, train your tellers. If you don't want to train them in your services or how to serve the public....close

For the past 7 years of residing in Arnprior, I have been a client of the TD Branch in the Arnprior Mall. The first time I entered this bank, all the staff welcomed me with open arms and on a first name basis. My questions have always been answered professionally and how to benefit my financial status. I love the personal face-to-face interaction. This branch definitely takes excellent care of its clients. Highly recommend them! Chantale W.

I have always found the associates and the managers at this branch to be completely professional and totally caring towards my financial needs . They are all excellent "people oriented" professionals in their approach to doing business. Whenever I have a problem, it is always quickly solved if a solution can be found here at the branch. I have been dealing with this branch for over 35 years .

Tellers are very friendly, and the service is quick. Just very disappointed they reduced their hours on Thursdays again, it used to be 6pm, but now it's 4. Literally can't deposit my pay now.

Called 3 days ago...left message. Their message said will call you back today or tomorrow. It never happened. Guess I will get Mortgage info elsewhere??

Don't go to this TD after 10 years of being a client they end up treating you like garbage if there is a problem. They obviously don't know what they're doing. Got told 3 times today a solution just to be told 5 min later they can't it

I never like to go this branch Staff has no knowledge what they doing every time say sorry we will give call and if I call any time of day always goes on voicemail with no reply
