Worst experience ever!! Long story short, the advisor assigned to me has never replied to any of my emails, had to literally walk in to the branch to ask is she was still with TD. I walked in to the branch trying to make an appointment to discuss a mortgage. I asked for a mortgage specialist that spoke a certain language. Showed up to my appointment only to find #1 I did not get someone that speaks the language. #2 I was assigned to a banking advisor not a mortgage specialist This could be part of the process of the bank, I don’t know but I respect that, did not complain whatsoever, just thought it’s kinda weird During my appt, I was told I should expect a ‘result’ by the end of that week, as I had everything ready for the mortgage application. 2 weeks have passed, nothing. I emailed the advisor to see if there’s anything else that I needed to provide, still nothing. Then I decided to go to the branch and yes she was there. She called me later that day asking for more information which I gave. Which means she did not work on my app at all Another 2 weeks have passed, never heard from her ever again. I gave up. I myself work in financial services, and I used to be an employee at TD. I can not believe how terrible the customer service has become at TD. I’m so so so disappointed.
This bank has most stupid credit analysts. I went by myself to apply a 5k limit credit card by showing 4m property and half million bank turnover but was declined without notice. I know it until I go again and get informed by counter. At the same time Walmart begged me to open credit card and I got 4500$ limit credit in one minute.
Poor management. The staff dont help the costumers, all they do is passing customers to online banking and telephone banking. I wasted 4 hours of my time just to report a fraud on my credit card! Very poor costumer service.
This is the slowest most impractical branch ever for TD. The workers huddle together at one station and chatter while they have a line of 15 or more people. Hurry up and close this location or completely rid it if it’s staff and start again.
Stay away from this branch. Staff completely lack in customer service. Anything that requires effort will not be completed. Staff are rude and condescending.
Honestly, avoid this branch. Perhaps the least knowledgeable staff in the TD network. Took my D over an 1.5 to get a new bank card. Even though it is her home branch. My Wife went to make a wire transfer to the US. They had no idea how to do it. We also went to discuss a new mortgage and overdraft. The lady in the office said she could not help unless we filled out a ton of forms. She was to busy wanting to get back to her lunch. Our mortgage is with the TD. No one there can help you. Find another branch.
We received excellent customer service today! Helpful and knowledgeable staff made the visit an enjoyable one! The branch manager is top notch. Best TD Bank experience to date!
My only 2 experiences at this branch were quite poor. The first was in person, and I wanted to book an appointment, but she wouldn't even really listen to what it was I needed as I tried explain, so I'm not even sure she was booking me with the right person. We didn't end up going. My second time I'm not sure if it was the same person was over the phone, and I again wanted to book an appointment for a specific purpose. I got to explain my situation, but their calendar system had an issue -- that's fine. I asked her to give me a call back when she got notified that it is functioning again, since she said she would get an email to notify her... "Ummm. Why don't you just call back in an hour, and we'll see if it's up by then, okay?" "Oh okay...sure, but --" "Okay, bye!" and hangs up. Whoever has been training these/this staff on customer service should start with listening to the customer. You'll have a very difficult time satisfying customers' needs are when you don't listen. This branch is literally only 1 minute drive from my house, but I will only ever visit to use the ATM. Very unimpressed.
Trying to transfer money from my BMO account to TD account. Brought my bank draft to the branch. Ask the branch to verify the bank draft and release the hold as most other branch would help customers do. Was shocked by the branch refused to help me and was told to have a 5 business days hold. What's worse, when I complained to TD complain department, they told me that my bank draft was hold permanently. This is ridiculous, the branch is trying to use its own power to against its customers. Worst branch experience ever.
Brutal this place needs a complete overhaul of its staff. No other comments necessary
